申請流程   Application process

1. 確認是否符合外國學生申請資格（詳情請參照國立臺南藝術大學外國學生來臺就學規定、教育部外國學生來臺就學辦法）
   Applicants must confirm their eligibility as a foreign student (please see the Tainan National University of the Arts Rules Governing Foreign Students Studying in Taiwan and the Ministry of Education Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan)
2. 確認欲申請的系所是否有開放招收外國學生，請參閱外國學生申請入學招生簡章。
   Applicants must confirm whether the department they are applying to accepts international students; please refer to the admission guidelines for foreign students.
3. 備妥入學申請表、申請文件及系所要求繳交資料。
   Prepare the admission application along with application documents and additional documents required by the chosen department.
4. 請於入學申請表上黏貼照片，並於同意具結書、文件繳交切結書上簽名。
   A headshot photograph must be included with the application package, along with the signed consent form and document submission form.
5. 於申請截止日前將報名應繳文件郵寄或親自送件至教務處註冊組，以郵戳為憑。
   Submissions can be made in person or by mail to the Registration Section of Academic Affairs ; the postmark date shall be considered the date of submission.

作業時程    Processing timeline

申請期間：每年1月1日至3月1日。
Application period: January 1 to March 1 of each year.

申請截止：3月1日，以郵戳為憑。
Application deadline: (postmarked by) March 1.

結果公告：4月30日前。
Announcement of admissions: By April 30.

寄發錄取通知：5月上旬。
Notice of acceptance by mail: Early May.

註冊入學：9月上旬
Registration and enrollment: Early September.

入學語言能力門檻  Language proficiency requirement for admission

語言能力證明文件：依申請系所之授課語言及所要求之語言能力證明，提供相關證明文件，各招生系所之授課語言及所要求之語言能力證明另於招生簡章公告。
Certification of language proficiency: Applicants must submit documentation certifying their language proficiency according to the chosen department’s teaching language and language proficiency certification requirements outlined in the department’s admission guidelines.

1. 全中文授課系所，應具備華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）A2（含）級以上之中文能力證明。
   Departments that teach entirely in Chinese: Students shall provide proof of an A2 or higher proficiency in Chinese according to the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL).
2. 全英語授課系所，應具備英語文能力測驗CEFR B1（含）級以上之英文能力證明。
   Departments that teach entirely in English: Students shall provide proof of a B1 or higher proficiency in English according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
3. 非全英語授課系所，應同時具備華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）A2（含）級以上之中文能力證明及英語文能力測驗CEFR B1（含）級以上之英文能力證明。
   Departments that do not teach entirely in English: Students shall provide proof of both an A2 or higher proficiency in Chinese according to the TOCFL and a B1 or higher proficiency in English according to the CEFR.
4. 申請人來自官方語言或通用語言為英語之國家或於前述國家取得前一學位，提供相關證明則可免繳英文語言能力證明。
   Applicants from countries where English is the official or common language, or those holding a previous degree earned in such a country, may be exempt from submitting English language proficiency certification. Documentation verifying these details must be provided for exemption consideration.
5. 系所另訂較高語文能力標準者，從其規定。
   If a department requires higher standards of language proficiency, their requirements shall take precedence.

財力證明基準   Financial statements

足夠在臺就學之最近三個月內財力證明，金額需達新臺幣150,000元或美金5,000元以上，或政府、本校或民間機構提供全額獎助學金之證明。
All international applicants must submit a bank statement issued within the past three months as proof of sufficient funds to cover living and educational expenses while studying in Taiwan, with a minimum balance of NT$150,000 or US$5,000, or official documentation verifying a full scholarship award from the government, TNNUA itself, or a private organization.

財力證明所列貨幣單位非為新臺幣者（TWD），可自行註明申請時所公告之貨幣匯率，以及等值之新臺幣金額。
If the financial statement is not denominated in NTD, the current exchange rate at the time of application must be included, along with the equivalent amount in NTD.

系所要求繳交資料    Documents required by the department

請務必參閱招生簡章各系所要求繳交資料，並依照欲申請系所之規定準備作品審查資料，文件未齊全者視同未完成申請程序。部分系所將視情況進行面試（以網路視訊或其他方式進行），系所將主動與申請人聯絡，請務必留意。
Applicants must meticulously review the admission guidelines for the documents required by each department and prepare the accreditation materials in accordance with the departmental regulations. Failure to submit all necessary documents will render the application incomplete. Some departments may choose to conduct interviews with applicants (through videoconferencing or other means), as needed. Applicants are advised to monitor their communication channels for potential interview requests from admission officers.

其他要求文件    Other documents

申請人若非以外國學生來臺就學辦法第2條第1項所規定資格申請入學者，需檢附其他文件，如：
If the applicant is not deemed eligible as an international student in accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, they must submit supplementary documentation as follows:

1. 您曾經具有中華民國國籍者，請繳交內政部許可喪失中華民國國籍證明文件。
   For former Republic of China (R.O.C.) nationals, proof of officially renounced R.O.C. nationality, with approval from the Ministry of Interior.
2. 您的父或母其中一方有中華民國國籍者，請繳交未設戶籍聲明書。
   For applicants with parents with R.O.C. nationality, a notarized affidavit stating that the applicant has never had household registration in Taiwan.
3. 您同時具有中華民國國籍者，請繳交未設戶籍聲明書、內政部移民署核發之入出境紀錄。
   For applicants with dual R.O.C. nationality, a notarized affidavit stating that the applicant has never had household registration in Taiwan, along with a travel log issued by the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, documenting entries and exits from Taiwan.

獎學金   Scholarships

抵臺前，外國學生可於抵臺前向各機關單位申請奬學金，但請注意入學申請與獎學金申請是分開作業的，獎學金獲獎並非表示取得本校入學資格，反之，取得本校入學資格亦不保證獎學金獲獎。
Prior to their arrival in Taiwan, international students may explore scholarship opportunities offered by various institutions. However, please note that these scholarships are separate from the university’s admission process and that receiving a scholarship does not guarantee admission to TNNUA, and vice versa.

外國學生可申請由政府單位提供之臺灣獎學金， 詳情請見臺灣獎學金計畫辦公室網站。
International students may apply for Taiwan scholarships offered by government agencies; please refer to the Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program website.

就學期間，經招生委員會複審通過錄取，具有正式學籍且未請領其他臺灣政府獎學金之外國學生，可申請本校外國學生獎學金。申請條件請查詢本校國際事務處網站，受獎人及受獎額度由本校國際事務處召開外國學生獎學金審查會議決定之。
During enrollment, international students who have been accepted following deliberation by the admissions committee, are officially registered as a current student, and have not applied for other Taiwanese government scholarships may apply to TNNUA for an international student scholarship. Please visit the TNNUA Office of International Affairs website for the application details. Recipients and the scholarship amount shall be decided based on a meeting of the Office of International Affairs to deliberate scholarships for international students.

申請時間與核定期程    Application timeline and approval schedule

一、獎學金以學年為核定單位，分上下學期兩次發放。
Scholarships are awarded on an academic year basis and disbursed twice per year (once per semester).

二、新生：每年9月中旬至10月中旬備妥申請資料向國際事務處申請。
New students: Applications and supporting documents must be submitted to the Office of International Affairs between mid-September and mid-October of each year.

三、舊生：每年9月15日至9月30日前向國際事務處申請。
Returning students: The application window for returning students occurs between September 15 and September 30 of each year.

三、前一學期成績單證明（新生為歷年成績單）
Transcript copy from the previous semester (new students shall submit transcripts for all academic years)

Portfolio showcasing your work or professional achievements.

審核標準   Review criteria

一、新生：由國際學術交流審查小組擇優核定獎勵名單。
New students: The scholarship recipients shall be decided by the International Academic Exchange Assessment Committee.

二、舊生：由國際學術交流審查小組依下列指標與評分比例核定獲獎名單，公布並通知原申請學生。
Returning students: The recipients shall be selected by the International Academic Exchange Assessment Committee in accordance with the following proportions:

（一）學業成績占總分40%。
Academic performance: 40% of total score

（二）作品集或其他專業表現占總分60%。
Portfolio or other professional achievements: 60% of total score

The list of recipients shall be posted, and all original applicants shall be notified.
